Yoga Vinyasa Session
Description
Virginie Bergéal has been practising Yoga for many years, first in Paris and then in Bretagne. Always evolving in her research, she proposes a practice of Vinyasa Yoga in which the postures are fluidly linked in harmony with the cosmos and your entire being.
The classes will take place in the Temple and cushions will be available. Please provide a mat or towel and at least 5 € for your participation.
