YOGA Vinyasa classes at the Plouray Centre

Virginie has been a qualified teacher of Yoga Vinyasa for ten years and she has been a member of Drukpa Plouray for much longer than that. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and inventive traditional yoga, the Sanscrit word Vinyasa referring to the synchronisation of movement and breathing.

The classes will take place in the Temple and cushions will be available.
Please provide a mat or towel and at least 5 € for your participation.
The first class will take place on Sunday November 12 2023 from 14h30 to 15h30.
