Drukpa Rennes
Founded in 2008, the Drukpa Rennes Buddhist Centre is a place for the study of Buddhist teachings and the discovery of Buddhist culture.
Open to everyone, the centre encourages listening, reflection, and meditation, and helps develop the qualities that are present within each individual.

Description
Drukpa Rennes is also represented on the Board of Directors of the Buddhist Cultural Centre, established by the City of Rennes.
In order to preserve Buddhist teachings and culture, the association offers a variety of activities:
- Buddhist teachings given by some of the great contemporary masters of the Drukpa lineage and other Buddhist lineages:
His Holiness Gyalwang Drukpa, His Eminence Thuksay Rinpoche, His Eminence Gyaltsen Tulku Rinpoche, Drubpön Ngawang Rinpoche, and many others. - Regular monthly practice sessions on the 8th, 10th, and 25th days of the Tibetan calendar.
- Introductory Tibetan language courses.
- Joint activities with the Buddhist Cultural Centre.
- Shop open during events, offering mainly books and handicrafts.

Practical Information
By Train: From Rennes railway station, take bus C1 towards Chantepie and get off at the "Sauvaie" bus stop. Then walk along Rue de Sauvaie. Allée de la Bourgonnette is the first street on the left.
By Bus: The nearest bus stop is "Sauvaie" (C1 line). You can check your route and timetable on the STAR website.
